FRANKEL DRIVE
LANDED |   SIZE : 17500 sqft
(2016)
This beautiful home in Frankel Drive is the family home of our founder, Terence Neo. Designed by Terence himself, the home is an exemplification of understated luxury and a timeless beauty. Known for its beautiful textures, Terence chose travertine for the entire lower ground flooring to ensure visual consistency throughout the different spaces on the level. As the family wanted a nature subtheme, graphite and teak Formica laminates were used for the TV console panels and a single Fiddleleaf Fig tree was placed at the hallway’s center. Teakwood was used for the family’s customized, long dining table where the family would often gather for home cooked family meals. The kitchen’s island lands a nice contrast to the teak with its luminous Statuario marble cladding for a nice touch of luxury. The bar in the basement carries the same look of refined sophistication with the use of slabs of Italian homogeneous concrete tiles for the room’s solid floor and long glass panels that overlook the bottom of the family’s swimming pool. Upstairs in the master bedroom, a more masculine look is chosen, with the heavy use of dusky shades and dark, laminated fittings. Matte black subway tiles were used for the room’s feature wall for extra visual element.
