Regency Park

Regency Park

Type: Condo

An orchestration of textures, Regency Park project exemplifies warmth through understated luxury.

Bright and airy, the main space is designed to encourage togetherness, with a continued open plan connecting living, dining and kitchen. The illusion of higher ceiling was achieved with a false ceiling feature to hide all existing beams and piping, resulting in an expansive airiness.

This allows each family member to spend time at their favourite spot without being truly apart. Designed for a homeowner with elder parents, practicality and future proofing of the space as well as internal circulation of the house between its dwellers are of precedence.

As the homeowners enjoy horse riding, large wall spaces are dedicated for artworks depicting equestrian interest. As a lover of nature, a work desk is set up to be near to the window to connect with the outdoor. Earth tone hues for the curated furniture selection are used to introduce a touch of modernity.

Nature is an important element and is seen implemented throughout. A visually impactful feature stone wall at the dining area is inspired by natural landscape and serves as a backdrop for the Tolleni T5 dining table with beautiful Emperador marble grain paired with Enrico Pellizzoni Pasqualina chairs all from P5 Studio, dominated by the purity of lines.
